After the first day in Florida was spent (trying since you know that’s so hard! 😉 ) settling into the climate change and wandering around Downtown Disney, we woke up quite early to head into Magic Kingdom.
Did you know they have a special way to open the park? They have this awesome show they put on where they sing, perform, and welcome everyone into the park with smiles and happiness! Holy smokes, it is so worth the excessively early morning wake up!!!
The day was started with a quick trip to the Starbucks on Main Street. From there, we rushed with the crowds to find our most desired first rides before the rest of the park goers were allowed in. We hit up Toy Story, Ariel, Dumbo, then ventured over to meet Belle. We checked out It’s a Small World, met Jessie and Woody, and saw an amazing parade right in front of Cinderalla’s castle. We made it to Space Mountain, on the train around the park, to Splash Mountain, and then on the people mover. We saw Merida, the castle light up with the help of Anna, Elsa, and Olaf, and an amazing display of fireworks. Just before leaving, we saw the electric parade.
Day 2 was in the books. The kids were tuckered out, the adults were spent, and we had spent some 16+ hours at the park. I’m not sure we could have made it any longer without being completely exhausted. Up next: Day 3…Hollywood Studios
