I had the most excellent Sunday morning that one could with a sweet, little 3 year old. My husband’s brother and his family were visiting with us for the weekend.
We spent Saturday running around and hanging out while my brother-in-law was working at a cheer leading competition. Saturday morning started off with a trip to Game Stop for our nephew. After that (I stayed home to finish doing a few things around the house), they came back and we lazed around on the couches for a few hours. Once we got motivated to brave the cold again, we headed out to Short Pump. I was able to get a new phone (I accidentally gave mine a bath in the washing machine and the old rice trick didn’t work). We had lunch at the food court and after the kids spent an hour or so playing in the play area. We ran a few more errands, then headed back home. We finished up Saturday with a delicious Mexican feast and early bed times for all!
Sunday morning was spectacular! Like I said, it was the best Sunday morning a person could have with a sweet, happy, bubbly, blond haired, blue eyed girl. We all went and enjoyed breakfast at our favorite local breakfast spot. (The Crazy Greek on Hull Street. Seriously, if you’re ever in Chesterfield, you have to try them. They’re delicious!) After breakfast, the fun got started.
My sister-in-law brought her wedding dress up. Adyson, my 3 year old niece, is completely into anything princess related. As much as she loves Elsa and Anna, she also loves Cinderella. If you recall in my Disney Post, the little girl that went to Bippity, Boppity, Boutique was our niece. She got all dolled up like Cinderella. As much as she loved it, this past Sunday was a dream come true! Her mom’s wedding dress quickly became her dress and she loved her Cinderella Dress! She kept telling us So Pretty! In just a few quick clicks of the camera, I saw this little girl’s face glow radiantly with excitement and joy over this dress. I seriously can’t imagine a better Sunday with this sweet girl
