Forstner Photography Takes on Disney – Part III

Whew! What a whirl wind week it has been. Forstner Photography has had a big week! Wedding inquiries, a Richmond, VA wedding was booked, a Chesterfield family lifestyle session booked, and spending quality time with the family :-) So much to do! So much to see! And now, here we are just in time for a Disney World post for the weekend.

Day 3 of our trip to Disney was spent at Hollywood Studios. We “slept in” for this day waking up at 6 instead of 530 ūüėČ We caught the first bus and were in the park as early as we could be.

Of course we were off checking out all the hot spots before the rest of the ticket holders made it in. My favorite ride – Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster. HOLY SMOKES! It was amazing! We got to visit with characters and spend lots of quality time with our niece and nephew. We saw some spectacular shows (Little Mermaid, Extreme Stunt Show¬†and Fantasmic – a water and lights show) and enjoy them all!

You know I just had to snap a few photos along the way…check them out :-)

2015 Project 52 – Forstner Photography – Week 2

Week 2 for Project 52 is over! This past week’s theme was {Storytelling}.

There were so many different avenues I could have taken with this. I – again – have two photos that really spoke to me.

This first is one you have already seen…it’s from my Princess Cinderella morning with my niece. She had so much fun and loved every second of it! These two pictures spoke to me when it came to Storytelling.

The image on the left is just saying¬†Oh my gosh! Can you believe I’m in this dress? My VERY OWN Cinderella dress! I get to wear it and be HER!¬†Can you see her excitement and sheer surprise at how amazing the dress?

The image on the right…I just hear her saying:¬†Mommy!¬†Look at me! JUST LOOK AT ME! I’m so gorgeously amazing in this dress. So pretty….SO PRETTY! Daddy, Uncle¬†Billy, Ayden! Look at how pretty I am in my Cinderella dress! I love it and I never ever want to take it off! Easton! Dakota! Look at me! Soooooo pretty!

The stories this sweet little one can tell to her mom and dad for the next few months will be endless. I’m pretty sure they’ll all revolve around¬†THE CINDERELLA DRESS

My second picture for the {Storytelling} theme is one of utter sweetness coupled with a bit of mischievousness. This second photo is our pups. Dakota is our 6 year old boxer mix. Easton is our year old lab. We rescued Dakota 7 years ago from a human society that was – at that time – a kill facility. (It has since become a no kill facility.) Easton came to us from my husband’s brother and his family. They didn’t have to room for a dog quite his size. He’s been living with us since June. Most days these two have learned to get along with each other. Easton is a bully and instigator. Dakota is much calmer and more laid back…she tolerates so much from Easton. I captured this sweet moment between these two just before dinner. To me, this picture is perfectly captioned with:¬†Easton, sit here by the fire¬†with me so we can figure out the best way to annoy our humans tomorrow. First I think you should start crying that you want out of your crate at 5 AM. They hate that! Then when they come down to let us out, I’ll take FOREVER to go out. After that, we’ll come in with filthy feet so they get mad the carpet gets dirty…..then we’ll wrestle and they’ll get mad. After that, you should drool everywhere on the floor while you wait for your food. Then, they’ll leave us for work so we can plan the rest of our day¬†while they’re gone. Shhhhh! Look cute, they’ll never suspect anything!

I have to admit, Project 52 certainly is something that Forstner Photography needed to keep motivated behind the camera :-) Check back next week to see where the theme from week 3 takes me!
